What actually happened? Facts only — who, what, when, where.
Psalm 62:8 — “Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him.”
2. My Reaction
Honestly name every emotion, thought, bodily sensation, and desire that rose up in you.
Psalm 42:5 — “Why are you cast down, O my soul... Hope in God.”
3. God's Word
Write the Scripture that answers that exact reaction, and what it says is true.

4. Resolution
